Community Engagement TODAY on draft Regulations for Administrative Tribunal

The Justice Services Division of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to remind the community that a community consultation kiosk is being held today with regard to regulations being developed for the Administrative Tribunal. The first phase of this consultation, a community survey, is now underway (click here to access survey).

Today�s kiosk will be held at the Caisse Populaire Kahnaw�:ke lobby from 12 noon � 7pm.

The Administrative Tribunal is an important component of the Kahnaw�:ke justice system and is intended to resolve various legal disputes in a manner that is more flexible, efficient and cost effective than traditional court systems. Draft regulations have been in development for several months.

Hard copies of the Information Sheet and Survey will be available at the kiosks.
