The Kahnawà:ke COVID-19 Task Force wishes to announce that Registrations for persons 70-years-of-age and over wishing to be vaccinated against COVID-19 will begin today (4, Enniskó:wa/March 2021).

As announced yesterday, appointments for immunosuppressed residents (regardless of age) are also being scheduled.

Those planning to receive the vaccine must do so by appointment. These can be made by using the Clic Santé form on www.kahnawake911.com/vaccine beginning at 9am or by telephone at 450-638-3930 ext. 2295 or 2206. Please ensure that you have your Medicare card in hand when booking an appointment.

Applicants should receive a confirmation by email that your appointment has been confirmed. If you apply by telephone and there is a voicemail, please leave a message and someone will get back to you.

For those without a means of transportation, travel will be provided. Please make this request when booking appointment by telephone. If booking via the website, please call Medical Transport at (450) 632-0424 to request travel assistance.
