Organizational Development Unit

The Organizational Development Unit (ODU) represents the Executive Director’s Office and the Mohawk Council of Kahnawá:ke in ensuring continuous improvement, alignment of activities and tracking the five year operational plan to ensure we achieve our goals and objectives.

ODU conducts operational assessments to ensure the MCK evolves, meets and achieves the needs of all Kahnawakehró:non.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting operational assessments on all MCK units
• Identifying areas in need of improvement
• Developing and implementing global standards
• Assisting the Executive Director’s Office to develop and implement Process and Procedures and Key Performance Indicators.
