Human Resources Administrative Assistant (Temporary Replacement), Peacekeepers

Description:
Under the supervision of the Chief Peacekeeper, is responsible to develop, oversee and administer Human Resources Practices of the Kahnawà:ke Mohawk Peacekeepers. Provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development.

Duration:
September 17, 2018 to October 26, 2018 (with possibility of extension). Temporary Replacement - Fixed Term Position - Probation Period- Nine (9) months (if extended probation will extend as well – up to 9 months)

Salary:
Approximately $686.62 per week

Description: Under the supervision of the Manager of Daily Transportation, provides School Bus Monitor services to the Daily Transportation department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) Public Works Unit.

Duration: Fixed-Term Position (Starts September 4, 2018), Three (3) Month Probation Period

Salary: $14.00 Per Bus Run, (7:00am-9:00 am) and (2:00pm -4:00pm) 5 days per week

Project Leader, Office of Council and Chiefs (OCC)

Description: Under the administrative supervision of the OCC General Manager of Operations is responsible to oversee, coordinate and implement specific projects related to: 1) establishing and negotiating political arrangements or specific agreements with external governments and agencies and 2) developing Governance functions, frameworks and capacities for Kahnawà:ke by assuming Leadership role for these projects, coordinating the activities of the resources assigned to the project team and ensuring that Project Plans are developed, maintained and updated in a timely manner as required.

Duration: Indeterminate Position, Probation Period- Nine (9) months

Salary: $1,017.00 per week, 8:30am – 4pm Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
