You can go to the complaints
page to view the Mohawk Council of Kahnawá:ke Complaints Policy, or call the Main Reception of the MCK.
You can access and submit a business name who denied your right for tax exemption on the Band Card Accepted List. The submission is sent to the Tax Advisor of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawá:ke, who then follows up with the merchant. If they still do not comply, they are then placed on the Band Card List as a merchant who does not honour the tax exemption.
