Cycle of Ceremonies Workshop Series continues

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) Language & Culture Training Center would like to inform the community of the next workshop in the Kanien'kehá:ka Aóhsera/Cycle of Ceremonies Workshop Series.

The Workshop, entitled ‘Okónhsa & Ratiwé:rahs / Medicine Mask & Thunderers Ceremony, will take place Friday, March 25th from 1pm to 4pm at the MCK Language & Culture Training Center (1st floor of K103 Radio building).

All workshops are free and open to the community to attend but registration is required as space is limited. Contact Chera Lahache at 450-632-5993 or chera.lahache@mck.ca to register or for more information.

The workshops are intended to inform participants of the various traditional ceremonies and festivals conducted throughout the Kanien'kehá:ka ceremonial calendar year. The workshops also aim to encourage participants to attend these various Longhouse ceremonies and festivals with confidence.
