Environmental Survey being conducted near Suzanne River

The Lands Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform the community that the Ministère de Transport du Quebec will be conducting Environmental Surveys in the area of the Suzanne River on Route 207 tomorrow, Thursday, June 9th from 9am until noon, weather permitting.

A two person crew will perform a watercourse characterization and survey of special-status species in the area. Results from the Survey will be used when planning for culvert replacements to take place later this year.
