Mercier Bridge: La Prairie ramp closed

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform road users of upcoming works planned on the Mercier Bridge.

�    Wednesday, June 29th: The contractor will be concreting the median barriers on the Route 132 ramp (La Prairie). In order to complete the work, a complete closure of the ramp is necessary from 12pm until 11:59pm.

Traffic will be detoured via Route 138 west to Route 207 and back onto Route 138 East for drivers wishing to head toward La Prairie (see map below). Flagmen will be in place at the intersection of Route 207 to ensure fluidity of the traffic.

Reminder: The following traffic configuration schedule has been put in place following the complete closure of the Kahnaw�:ke-bound bridge earlier this month:

�    Weekdays
o    5am to 9am - two lanes to Montreal-bound.
o    9:45am to 2:15pm - one lane each direction.
o    3pm to 7pm - two lanes to Kahnaw�:ke-bound.
o    7:45pm to 4:15am - one lane each direction.

�    Weekends & Holidays
o    One lane each direction

Please note, during direction changes both available lanes will be completely closed.
