Casino market assessment study available for viewing

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) would like to announce that a video presentation of the market assessment study conducted by The Innovation Group in relation to a possible Kahnawà:ke casino project is now available for viewing.

The presentation, which is a summary of the study, is being broadcast daily on CKER (Paul’s Cable channel 3) at 11:30am and 8pm daily. It is also available for viewing at www.kahnawake.com – look for the icon on the main page.

The market assessment study is the first of three commissioned by the MCK, all to be prepared by the Innovation Group. The second and third installments, on the social impact and economic impact, are expected to be completed before the Holiday break.

A special Community Meeting will be scheduled once all three studies are completed. This is expected to take place early in the New Year.
