Animal spay and neuter clinic, June 16th

The Animal Protection Department of the Community Protection Unit would like to inform the community of the low-cost Animal Spay and Neuter clinic being held at the Community Protection Unit on Saturday, June 16th, from 8am until 2pm.
Veterinarians and animal health professionals will be on-site offering spay and neuter services (by appointment only) for the first fifteen (15) dogs, fifteen (15) female cats and thirty (30) male cats.
The following fees are the responsibility of the owner -
• Male cats - $50 - female cats - $80; • $100 to $150 for dogs, depending on weight and gender; and • Registration deposit of $20 to secure your spot.
All prices include sterilization, vaccinations, deworming and heartworm testing. Community members can watch veterinarians perform surgery and take part in demonstrations and discussions with animal health experts.
