Onkwariwa’shon:’a now available online

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) would like to inform the community that Onkwariwa’shon:’a, Kahnawake’s Journal of Public Record, is now available for viewing online at www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com.

This edition provides legislative updates for all laws that are currently going through the Community Decision Making Process from autumn 2011 until July 2012. The feature article on Matrimonial Real Interests Law takes a look at the passing of Canada’s Matrimonial Legislation and how it will affect Kahnawa’kehró:non.

Due to environmental and budget considerations, Onkwariwa’shon:’a is being published digitally. However, community members wishing to have a printed copy can pick up one up at the main reception of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke.
