Tuesday, October 30th - Kahnawake Justice Act meeting to review Composition of the Court of Kahnawą:ke

The Kahnawą:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission would like to remind Kahnawakehró:non that the fourth community consultation for the proposed Kahnawą:ke Justice Act will be held Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8:30pm at the Karonhianónhnha School.
Participants are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early in order for the meeting to begin on time.
The meeting will focus on Section 8 of the draft Act, which deals with the Composition of the Court of Kahnawą:ke. In order to help facilitate discussion, participants are asked to view the draft Kahnawą:ke Justice Act in advance. It is available at the Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke main building, the Justice Building (the former Lafleurs store in the old village area) or on-line at www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com.
A fifth community consultation is scheduled for Thursday, 8 Kentenhkó:wa/November, 2012.
