Mercier Bridge weekend lane closure

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform motorists that the Ministère des Transports du Québec will close the entire Kahnawà:ke-bound span of the Mercier Bridge from Friday, November 9th at 10am until Monday, November 12th at 5am.

One lane in each direction will be available on the Montreal-bound span of the bridge.

Friday evening rush hour is expected to be heavily congested and road users are encouraged to use an alternate route.

The closure is required to allow for reinforcement work on the structural elements. However, the work may be postponed due to weather conditions or operational constraints.
