MCK receives additional letters of complaint regarding Education election

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that Chief & Council have acknowledged receipt of three (3) additional letters of complaint in relation to the confirmation process/election for four (4) general seats on the Kahnawake Combined Schools Committee (KCSC) held at the Annual General Assembly on Education on 7, Kentenhkó:wa/November.

This brings the number of complaints to eleven (11), several of which were also addressed to the KCSC in addition to the MCK.

Chief & Council wish to assure community members that the complaints are being taken very seriously.
