Mercier Bridge weekend lane closure

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke has been informed by the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) that the Montreal-bound span of the Mercier Bridge will be reduced to one lane on Saturday, November 17th from 7am to 7pm.

This closure is necessary to carry out repair work on the roadway. Traffic flow may be greatly reduced towards Montréal during this period and the MTQ is encouraging road users to use the Champlain Bridge.

Traffic on the Kahnawà:ke-bound span will not be affected by this work.

As always, work may be postponed due to weather conditions or operational constraints.
