Investigator named in Complaint against Chief Carl Horn

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform the community that Chief & Council have appointed Nicholas Dodd, Legal Counsel, to investigate a formal complaint made against Chief Carl Horn by a community member.
The complaint was made on 14, Tsothóhrha/December 2012 and is in relation to a statement made by Chief Horn in reference to a young man who passed away in Kenténha/October 2012.
As per the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke Disciplinary Measures Regulations, the investigator must present his findings and recommendations to Chief & Council within thirty (30) days of this appointment.
Mr. Dodd was called to the bar in 2010 and is employed by the firm Dionne Schulze.
