Extra Community Meeting next Tuesday

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to remind Kahnawa�kehr�:non that a Community Meeting is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, 12 Ennisk�:wa/March. It will be held at the Golden Age Club and will get underway at 7pm.

Agenda items include:

1.    Presentation by Derek Montour, Executive Director of Kahnawake Shakotiia�takehnhas Community Services
2.    Open discussion

This will be one of the �extra� meetings being held since Chief & Council agreed in January to hold meetings monthly on a six-month trial basis. Community meetings have been held on a seasonal basis for the past ten years.

All community members are invited to attend, with a special emphasis to those who have requested the additional meetings.
