A low pressure system located over the American Midwest will reach the Great Lakes basin tonight. At the approach of this spring storm, snow will develop over Southern Quebec beginning tonight and continue through Friday. Over areas near the Ontario and U.S. borders, the snow will be mixed with ice pellets.
