MTQ Geotechnical Study on Route 207

The Minist�re des Transports and the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to advise road users of upcoming work on Route 207 between Autoroute 30 and Route 138 in Kahnaw�:ke.

Crews will be carrying out geotechnical studies for a period of 3 weeks, (May 13 to May 31 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday) in preparation for future works to improve the condition of the roadway.

The studies will have an impact on both lanes, as well as both shoulders of the roadway. This will require alternating lane closures, with one lane available to traffic at all times.

Flagmen will be present to ensure safety and the flow of traffic.

From now until 2015, more than 200 work sites will be active on the Minist�re des Transports road network. Road users are encouraged to visit Mobilit� Montr�al or quebec511.info to plan their trips and to respect all posted road signs, for everybody�s safety.
