Secondment of Sports and Recreation Unit Director

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform the community that Director of the Sports & Recreation Unit (SRU) Bryan Deer is undergoing secondment with the Kahnawake Fire Brigade to participate in a special project requiring his expertise.

The secondment will be effective from Friday, November 1, 2013 until Friday, October 31, 2014. However, Mr. Deer will continue to participate in several key SRU functions.

Mackenzie Whyte will assume the responsibilities of Interim Director during Mr. Deer’s absence.
