Mercier Bridge - Complete Kahnawake-bound closure overnight October 30th

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to advise road users that the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec will perform repairs to the slab of the Mercier Bridge which will require the complete closure of both Kahnaw�:ke-bound lanes from 9pm Wednesday, October 30th to 5am Thursday, October 31st. 

There will be NO Kahnaw�:ke-bound access during this period, however both Montreal-bound lanes will remain open to traffic during this scheduled closure. Road users are encouraged to use an alternate route, such as the Champlain, Victoria or Jacques Cartier Bridges, or the new section of Autoroute 30 to get to the south shore.
 
The MCK continues to remind the public that works/closures on the Mercier Bridge are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
