Curbside Leaf Pick-up service

The Kahnaw�:ke Environment Protection Office (KEPO) is pleased to announce that a Curbside Leaf Pick-up service will take place on Friday, November 15th. Community members are asked to have their leaves bagged and curbside by 7am.
The curbside leaf pickup is being carried out by Matrec (regular garbage pickup provider) and will accept the following types of bags:
- Clear bags
- Orange bags
- Paper bags
KEPO encourages community members to consider that fallen leaves can be shredded, used as mulch or composted and used to feed your lawn and garden.
It should also be noted that leaves will NOT be picked up by the regular weekly garbage pickup service.
