First Nations Education Act, Membership, Seigneury on Community Meeting agenda

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to advise the community that the agenda has been set for the upcoming Community Meeting scheduled for next Tuesday, 10 Tsoth�hrha/December. The agenda is as follows:

1.         Land allotments
2.         Presentation by Education Working Group on Canada�s proposed First Nations Education Act
3.         Membership
4.         Seigneury of Sault St. Louis

The meeting will be held at 7pm at the Golden Age Club. It replaces the postponed Community Meeting that had been scheduled for 12, Kentenhk�:wa/November.

The first Community Meeting of 2014 will be held in January. The exact date will be announced shortly.
