War of 1812 Movie on Paul�s Cable this January

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is pleased to announce that the documentary, �The Abandoned Alliance,� a Kahnaw�:ke perspective on the War of 1812, will be aired on Paul�s Cable�s Mohawk TV once per week this month, starting today (January 2) at 4pm. Air dates (with repeats all day) are as follows, on channel 36 for analog subscribers and Channel 4 if you have a digital or HD box;

The Abandoned Alliance was directed by student filmmaker Brent Horne, with the assistance of student filmmaker Tharonhianenthe Barnes and features several Kahnawa�kehr�:non. The film originally debuted on the anniversary of the Battle of Ch�teauguay, in October 2013.
