Reminder - Curbside pick-up for Christmas trees set for next Monday

The Kahnaw�:ke Environment Protection Office (KEPO) wishes to remind the community that curbside Christmas tree collection services will be provided to the community on Monday, January 13, 2014.

To ensure that your tree is picked up:

Please make certain that all decorations have been removed
Place near the curbside by 7am on the specified date
Ensure that trees are accessible (not covered in snow and/or frozen to the snow bank)

The service is being provided as part of KEPO�s community waste reduction plan.  Collected Christmas trees will be transported to a composting facility rather than a landfill site.
