Mercier Bridge weeknight closures cancelled, Monday to Wednesday

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Ministère des Transports du Québec that the Mercier Bridge work scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 12 to 14 respectively, has been postponed.

As a result, all lanes will be available for both directions of the Mercier Bridge.

The closures scheduled for Thursday from 10pm until 7am and Friday from 10pm until 8am will continue as planned. During that time, the Kahnawà:ke-bound side of the bridge will be reduce to one lane.

The MCK reminds the public that works/closures on the Mercier Bridge are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
