Tsi Niionkwarihòten Tsitewaháharan Center open house

Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten Tsitewaháhara′n Center will be holding a community Open House in conjunction with their annual Opening Ceremony for the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke′s Language and Culture Training Program on Friday, September 19th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The opening will take place at 10:30 a.m. followed by guest speakers, including Reaghan Tarbell, Executive Director of The Kanien′kehá:ka Onkwawén:na Raotitióhkwa Language and Cultural Center.

The community is invited to take part in this special day which will mark the Center′s official grand opening at its new location at the new K103 building.

Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten Tsitewaháhara′n Center would also like to announce the collaboration between the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke and the Kanien′kehá:ka Onkwawén:na Raotitióhkwa Language and Cultural Center on a one year pilot project to open up seats in the Language and Culture Training program to community members.
