Free trade, tobacco, border crossing on Iroquois Caucus agenda

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community that Chiefs Martin Leborgne and Bobby Patton are attending the Iroquois Caucus meetings being held today (Thursday) and tomorrow in Oneida of the Thames, Ontario.

Agenda items include free trade, tobacco and border crossing. Other items include updates on Enbridge, education and taxation issues.

The Iroquois Caucus consists of representatives of the elected councils of Kahnaw�:ke, Akwesasne, Kanesatake, Tyendinaga; Wahta; Six Nations and Oneida of the Thames.
