Deadline extended - Community representatives sought for Peacekeeper Ethics Committee

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke is seeking four (4) community members to fill vacant positions on the Peacekeeper Ethics Committee for the 2015-2019 service term. The deadline to make a submission has been extended to Monday, January 26th, 2015.
Subject to the provisions of the Kahnawą:ke Peacekeepers Law, any Mohawk of Kahnawą:ke who is at least twenty-one (21) years old and resides within the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawą:ke is eligible to be a member of the Ethics Committee.
Ethics Committee representatives receive an honorarium to compensate for their time.
Interested persons are invited to make a submission addressed to the Policing Portfolio Chief, Gina Deer, Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke, P.O. Box 720, Kahnawą:ke, J0L 1B0.
