Mercier Bridge works completed ahead of schedule

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform road users that the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec has reported that works on the Mercier Bridge have been completed ahead of schedule. Therefore, both Kahnaw�:ke lanes will be reopened for traffic ahead of schedule. The exact time of the reopening cannot be confirmed; however it usually is within two hours of the announcement of the completed works.

The MCK reminds the public that works/closures on the Mercier Bridge are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.

Other lane closures might be necessary for similar work in the coming weeks.
