Call for Tenders for Kahnaw�ke Contractors - Mercier Bridge (Pont Honor� Mercier) maintenance and repairs contract

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform Kahnaw�:ke Contractors that the Minist�re des Transports du Quebec (MTQ) has launched a Call for Tenders for structural repair and maintenance work on the provincial portion of the Mercier Bridge.

Only contractors whose residence or principal place of business are located on the Territory of Kahnawake and possess a written confirmation issued to this effect by the Grand Chief of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake will be considered. The Call for Tenders documents are available only through the Syst�me �lectronique d�Appel d�Offres SEAO (electronic tendering system).

The deadline to submit an open bid is Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 3pm.

The MTQ is inviting Tenderers to a site visit in order to facilitate the knowledge of the structure status, the work to be carried out and to answer questions on any aspect of the Call for Tender. The visit will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 10am. In case of bad weather, the visit will be postponed to Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 10am. Tenderers must confirm their attendance in writing to phm@mtq.gouv.qc.ca providing the full name of the bidder and the names of participants.
