Worker and Contractor lists for Kateri Hospital Project to be administered by Community Protection

The Community Protect Unit (CPU) of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the community that both the Worker and Contractor lists for the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre (KMHC) Expansion and Renovation Project, which have been maintained by Tewatohnhi�saktha (Tewa), are now being administered by the Community Protection Unit.

Those interested in working on the project, and those interested in bidding on subcontracts must contact the CPU to register. In order to be eligible to appear on the availability list, tradespeople, laborers and sub-contractors must be certified by the CPU. The general contractor, EBC Inc, is only authorized to hire from the CPU-certified list.

Tewa will continue to maintain a list for those interested in supplying materials, products or non-construction related services. Tewa�s list of workers and contractors will be transferred to CPU for follow-up.
