Community Notice regarding Feedback Reports

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) is advising the community that the following Notice has been posted to the KLCC website (www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com) in regard to Feedback Reports:
�While the information included in the Feedback Reports is compiled into a report by the assigned technician, all personal information (name, email and phone number) is not shared and will be kept confidential. Please be advised that only feedback by Kahnawa�kehr�:non on the Kahnaw�:ke Kanien�keh�:ka Registry will be reviewed if it pertains to a Kahnaw�:ke Law. The technician will contact you to verify your information.� While this is the KLCC�s policy, there was a recent instance in which feedback from a non-eligible person was included in a Feedback Report. The ineligible feedback has been removed.
The KLCC will continue to work diligently to ensure that the various elements that make up the Community Decision Making Process follow all existing guidelines and that any issues or discrepancies are corrected in a timely manner.
