Canadian Pacific Holiday Train makes its annual stop in Kahnawake

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) is pleased to announce Kahnaw�:ke�s annual Canadian Pacific Holiday Train stop in Kahnaw�:ke at the Adirondack Junction on Friday, November 27th at approximately 6:45pm.

There will be a free live concert and volunteers will be on site to accept monetary and heart healthy food donations, and to handout free hot chocolate and healthy snacks.
 
All monetary donations will go to the Kahnawake Christmas Basket and all food donations to the Kateri Food Basket. Since 1999 the Holiday Train has raised close to $10.6 million and 3.3 million pounds of food for local food banks across North America.

To reduce traffic volume in the area, the MCK is encouraging the use of a free Shuttle Bus service provided. A bus will depart from the town garage at 5:45pm to bring passengers to the Adirondack Junction and return after the event. Visit www.kahnawake.com for a map of the shuttle bus route.
