MCK launches survey to gauge support for Train Station in Kahnawake

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) is informing the community that a survey has been launched as part of a project being proposed to have a commuter train stop built and operated at Adirondack Junction.
The survey consists of seven (7) questions and should take only a few moments to complete. It will be made available on-line at www.kahnawake.com/train until the end of this month. Afterward, the results will be tabulated and the results will be made available.
Additionally, Chief Carl Horn, who has been an advocate of the station project, will be hosting a kiosk this week at the Services Complex at which Kahnawa’kehró:non will be invited to participate in the survey.
