Tonight’s Winter Community Meeting CANCELLED

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK)  would like to inform all Kahnawa’kehró:non that the Winter Community Meeting scheduled to take place tonight has been cancelled due to the poor weather conditions.

A new date for the meeting will be announced to the community as soon as one is secured.

Agenda items will include:

• Land Allotments
• Validation of Final Report, Seigneury of Sault St. Louis Consultation on Lands
• Report on Meeting with Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard and related issues (Highway 30, boycott of Chateauguay)
• Kahnawà:ke Membership Law update
• Water Taxi update
• Open Discussion
