REMINDER - Hydro-Quebec scheduled outages on River Road tomorrow

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to remind the Community that we have been informed by Hydro-Quebec that scheduled electrical outages will take place for approximately 104 homes and structures along River Road tomorrow - Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016.

There will be no electricity between 8:15am and 3:15pm while Hydro-Quebec carries out work on the lines.

The homes and buildings affected are those located alongside River road from the Town Garage up to the corner of the St. Francis Xavier Church.

Hydro-Quebec states that they will also inform affected residents on an individual basis. Call 1-800-790-2424 for more information if you live in the vicinity.

The Turtle Bay Elders Lodge is opening its doors to elders who wish to take refuge while the electricity is out. Please call Mike Horne at 450-632-5499.

Should the work be postponed for any reason, it will be carried out at the same time on the following day, Thursday, March 3rd.
