Continuation of Peacekeepers parking lot construction

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to inform Kahnawa’kehró:non that the second phase of work is underway today to build additional visitor′s parking at the Kahnawake Peacekeepers station, which addresses a long-standing problem.

The project began last December with the construction of a new impound facility. The additional parking and impound are located on common land at the lot between the Peacekeepers station and the K103 Building.

The project is being carried out by the MCK’s Capital Unit.
