Reminder - Membership Law Hearing resumes this evening

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) would like to remind Kahnawa�kehr�:non that the next Hearing on proposed amendments to the Kahnaw�:ke Membership Law will be held this evening (Tuesday, May 17, 2016).

Once again, the Definition of �Great Grand Parent� will head the agenda. Should this be concluded, Section 15 (�Application Process/Approved Kahnaw�:ke Residents�), Section 16 (�Entitlements�), Section 17 (�Privileges�), Section 18 (�Responsibilities of the Kanien�keh�:ka of Kahnaw�:ke�) and Section 19 (�Obligations of Approved Kahnaw�:ke Residents�) would follow.

The meeting will be held from 6pm to 8:30pm at the Golden Age Club. This will be the twelfth meeting in this First Hearing phase of the Community Decision Making Process.
