Route 207 Floristic Inventory May 31st to June 2nd

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Minist�re des Transport du Quebec that a Floristic Inventory will once again be conducted as part of the Route 207 rehabilitation project. Groupe SM is scheduled to carry out the work from Tuesday, May 31st to Thursday, June 2nd.

To complete the inventory, employees from Groupe SM will conduct a visual inspection of the Route 207 area in order to collect data on the spring floras which have special status (flore printani�re � statut particulier).

The surveyors will walk along the roadside and take pictures of the wetlands, rivers, and forests. There will be no obstruction to traffic. In case of rain, the field visit could be delayed.

A similar site visit was conducted in October of 2015.
