Montreal-bound Mercier Bridge to one lane Saturday

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated that the Montreal-bound side of the Mercier Bridge will be reduced to one lane on Saturday, August 20th from 5am until 1pm.

Traffic heading towards Montreal should expect delays during the work. The Kahnaw�:ke-bound side will have two lanes available.

The closure is required for installation of brackets and road markers.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
