Pipelines, Tobacco, Border Crossing on Iroquois Caucus agenda

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to advise the community that Grand Chief Joseph Tokwiro Norton and Ratitsénhaienhs Martin Leborgne and Bobby Patton will he participating in Iroquois Caucus meetings taking place this Wednesday and Thursday (7 and 8 Seskehkó:wa/ September) at Six Nations.
Pipelines & Resources, Tobacco and Border Crossing are the main agenda items. Hunting & Fishing, a potential Gun Registry, the Iroquois Caucus/Assembly of First Nations Protocol Agreement and proposed summits on Education, Economic Development, Taxation and Language will also be discussed.
The Iroquois Caucus consists of elected Councils of Akwesasne, Kahnawà:ke, Kanesatake, Tyendinaga, Wahta, Six Nations and the Oneida of the Thames.
