Trucks restricted to one lane of Kahnaw�:ke-bound Mercier Bridge

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Minist�re de Transports du Quebec that a restriction for trucks is in place for the left lane of the Kahnaw�:ke-bound Mercier Bridge, effective Thursday, September 22nd at 4am.

For a period of approximately one month, truckers will be prohibited from using the left-hand lane to ensure the safety of the workers under the bridge.

Buses and recreational vehicles are not affected by this restriction.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
