Seeking participants for land issues focus groups

The Lands Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is seeking interested community members to participate in a focus group to discuss important land issues that affect Kahnaw�:ke. More specifically, the topic of discussion will surround Certificates of Possession.

The focus groups are scheduled to take place from 6pm-8pm on Thursday, March 16th and Tuesday, March 28th in the Tewatohnhi�saktha Board Room.

Refreshments will be provided for participants.

The focus groups are one of several consultation activities taking place to address major land-related issues in the community.
