Free Construction Safety Courses this May

The Occupational Safety and Health Department of the Kahnaw�:ke Labor Office (KLO) will be conducting safety courses free of charge during the month of May. The topics covered are a job-site requirement for employment on the New Champlain Bridge Project.

The courses and dates are as follows:

  • Confined Space Training - Friday, May 5 from 8:30am � 4pm
  • Fall Hazard Awareness - Thursday, May 11 from 8:30 am � 4pm
  • Fall Protection - Friday, May 12 from 8:30am � 12:30pm
  • Working Over, Near or On Water - Friday, May 19 from 8:30am � 12:30pm
Space is limited (10 students per class) so please register a soon as possible by calling Louis Stacey at the KLO at (450) 633-2230 or email louis.stacey@mck.ca.
