COMPLETE Mercier Bridge closure Friday night

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke has been informed by the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated that the Mercier Bridge will be completely closed in both directions from 12am (midnight) Friday, July 14th until Saturday, July 15th at 8am to replace bearings under the bridge.

Access will be maintained for emergency services.

Further, the Ministère des Transports du Québec will also close one Kahnawà:ke-bound lane on Sunday, July 16th for inspections from 6am to 6pm.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
