Survey asking what should be included in a Condominium

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke is seeking more detailed feedback from community members who are interested in owning a condo during the research and planning stage of the Green Tree Living Condominium Project.

A short survey gauging feedback on rental structures, regulations, and the type of amenities that should be included in the project is available until the end of Wednesday, July 26th.

An initial survey on the concept of a condominium project indicated that Kahnawà:ke survey participants were 89% in favor of such a project. A total of 73 individuals would consider a condo as a housing option for their future, while another 17 people were undecided. These numbers demonstrate the need for this follow-up survey.
