Tioweroton Community Meeting September 23rd

The Lands Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform all Kahnawa′kehr�:non that the Tiower�:ton Special Community Meeting has been changed to a �Community Picnic� with no formal agenda. The event will take place on Saturday, September 23rd in Tiower�:ton.

"Throughout the years we have noticed that the interaction with Community Members before and after the meeting provides us with more suggestions and feedback than during a formal meeting," stated Tiower�:ton Coordinator Tara McComber.  "We are hoping that community members will be more comfortable with more one on one interaction to discuss their concerns."
