Drivers use caution during Mohawk Miles on Sunday

The Public Safety Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is advising drivers to utilize caution on Sunday, October 1st as community members participate in the 32nd Annual Mohawk Miles, held by the Kahnawake Youth Center (KYC).

During the event, there will be an increase of pedestrians throughout the community along River Road, the Old Malone Highway and adjacent roads throughout.

Motorists are urged to be extra vigilant to ensure the safety of every person.
