Agenda set for Iroquois Caucus meetings in Ottawa

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that the agenda has been set for this week’s Iroquois Caucus meetings taking place in Ottawa Wednesday and Thursday, October 18th and 19th.

Agenda items include Harvesting Working Group (who will update on Onkwehonwe Hunters & Iroquois Caucus Free Trade Protocols); Taxation; Algonquins of Ontario Agreement update; Pipelines & Resource Extraction; Nuclear Working Group issues and budget proposal; Border Crossing; and Indigenous Data Sovereignty. 

Grand Chief Joseph Tokwiro Norton and Ratsénhaienhs Bobby Patton will be attending on behalf of the MCK.
